This role ensures that the project stays on track and meets the client’s expectations. Our goal is to deliver the project on time and ensure the client's satisfaction in the final project.
We have taken on the role of Project Manager at two Battery Energy Storage Sites in Scotland, bringing these to fruition. Our team takes a proactive approach to solving any problems that may arrive on-site, tracking your project's performance, progress, and budget.
When managing projects, we bring our strong HSE values. From ensuring everyone has the correct PPE and certs to completing RAMS and toolbox talks, we’ve got you covered. Working onsite can often come with hazards that must be addressed, we ensure that those working on any project take health and safety seriously.
